Brazil nuts (whole)&lt;br /&gt;4 egg yolks, beaten&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp. brandy flavoring&lt;br /&gt;1/2 c. orange juice or apricot juice&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;4 egg whites, stiffly beaten&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Direction:&lt;br /&gt;Sift together sugar, baking powder and flour. Add whole dates, cherries, walnut meats and Brazil nuts. Add 4 egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, brandy flavoring, orange juice or apricot juice, and vanilla. Mix all together real good. Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into tube pan, greased and floured. Bake in 250 degree oven 1 1/2 hours. Cool. Soak cheesecloth in brandy. Wrap cake in cheesecloth, then in foil. Split biscuits and put berries between. Top with whipped cream and whole berry. Add vinegar. Let stand for one minute; stir. In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Add the egg mixture and vanilla. Gradually pour in buttermilk, mix well. Drain pineapple juice and reserve along with 1 tablespoon of pineapple (to be used in frosting). Add to mix and stir. Pour into two greased pans. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Sift together flour, salt and powder. Add dry ingredients alternately to first mixture with 1 cup milk with vanilla. Pour mixture into pans and bake at once until firm in center. Combine pulp and juice and peel; cover, cook slowly 20 minutes. Measure 3 cups. Add sugar, bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add fruit pectin. Skim and stir 5 minutes. While cake is baking mix 2 cups powdered sugar and the grated rind and juice of 2 lemons. Lemon grass can only be purchased at an oriental food store. Put water in a pan big enough to hold all ingredients. Add all spices. Stir until mixed. Add chicken and onion. Cook on high until boiling, then lower temperature to medium. Stir well, then cover. Cook (covered) until sauce has thickened and chicken is well-cooked (approximately 30-40 minutes). Stir every 10 minutes so chicken is coated evenly with the sauce. More water can be added if a thinner sauce is desired. Serve with steamed rice. 4-6 servings. Neufchatel cheese,&lt;br /&gt;softened&lt;br /&gt;1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp. skim milk&lt;br /&gt;1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. praline liqueur&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp. vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind&lt;br /&gt;2 egg whites&lt;br /&gt;1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Direction: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coat a 9 inch sprinkfoam pan with cooking spray. Dust bottom and sides of pan with crushed wafers. Beat cheeses in a lg. bowl at med. speed of an electric mixer 2 or 3 minutes or until smooth. Add egg substitute and milk, beating well. Add cocoa and next 3 ingredients, beating well. Beat egg whites (at room temp.) at high speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture. Spoon over crushed wafers. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour center will be soft but will firm when chilled. Turn off oven, and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool to room temp.; cover and chill at least 4 hours. Remove sides of pan. Add 1/4 cup milk, bananas and beat. Add eggs, nuts and the remainder of milk. Beat until well mixed. Pour into 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees until done, approximately 1 hour. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out pulp, set aside. Discard skins. Melt margarine over low heat in large saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stir constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons green onions and 1 cup of cheese. Cook until heated then add sour cream. Add extra milk, if necessary for desired thickness. Serve with remaining onion, bacon and cheese. Process until smooth. Prick the eggplants several times with a fork and pull off the leaves. Cut in half lengthwise. On the open side of&lt;br /&gt;each half make three deep diagonal slashes in each direction. Place eggplants skin side down in a 13x9x2 oval dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons of the marinade over each eggplant half. Rub into flesh so that it runs into the cuts. Add&lt;br /&gt;barley; reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes until barley is&lt;br /&gt;tender and water is absorbed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In skillet cook ginger in oil one minute. Add scallions and red&lt;br /&gt;pepper. Cook, stirring until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add&lt;br /&gt;shredded bok choy; cook one minute until wilted. Remove from heat.&lt;br /&gt;Stir in rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt and barley.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For each roll, brush egg roll wrapper with 1 teaspoon water. Place&lt;br /&gt;scant 1/2 cup barley mixture horizontally across center of wrapper,&lt;br /&gt;leaving 2 inch border on all sides. Fold corner tightly over&lt;br /&gt;fillings, then overlap right and left corners. Roll up tightly to&lt;br /&gt;enclose filling. Mix all the vegetables and boil in salted water. Refresh and keep aside. Soak saffron in warm milk. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan. Marinate chicken pieces .Mix salt, ½ of the red chili powder, ½ of the chopped ginger, ½ of the chopped garlic, 1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder, ½ of the turmeric powder and Curd/Yogurt. Mix well and put chicken pieces in this for an hour.&lt;br /&gt;2. Wash and soak rice in water for about 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;3. Boil water, add ½ of the Whole Garam Masala , bay leaf and salt and boil rice till ¾th done. Drain rice and keep aside.&lt;br /&gt;4. Heat oil in a  thick bottomed pan. Add remaining Whole Garam masala .Let it crackle. Add Sliced onions and sauté’ until light golden brown. &lt;br /&gt;5. Then add remaining chopped ginger, chopped garlic, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, 1 tsp. Garam Masala powder and chopped tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add marinated chicken and cook till chicken is tender. &lt;br /&gt;6. Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep aside. &lt;br /&gt;7. Arrange alternate layers of chicken and rice. Add the yeast, stir well and let sit 10 minutes to develop. Add the oil and flour and mix for 8 minutes on medium low speed in a mixer. After mixing, cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and proof twice, each time letting it double in bulk before knocking it down. Once the dough has proofed twice, turn it out onto a floured surface. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions of about 11 ounces each. Form into rounds, let them rest 10 minutes, then form into round pizza shapes. You then may place the dough on a baking pan or a wooden baker's peel used to transfer the dough on to an oven baking brick. The dough will be slightly sticky, don't add extra flour, this is the way it should be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now let's add some toppings:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat your oven to 500 degrees F.
